If you haven’t found your motivation to eat and live healthy, just remember it’s never too late. Let’s finish strong in 2019! I’ve never been a person who likes to exercise, but eating healthy is something I can do. But realize that you can’t become completely whole doing one without the other.
It’s so easy to give up and lose focus while on your health journey. I know because I experience those moments myself. I’m constantly looking for that motivation, inspiration, and empowerment from others who have conquered this journey and are representing what true healthy living looks like.
I really love the passion that author, nutritionist and weight loss expert JJ Smith displays. She has really ignited my own passion to keep at it and never give up on living the healthy life.
As we get older, choosing to settle for less where our health is concerned is simply not a option.
If you're close to settling or think you might be losing the passion, try taking a break. It’s ok! Resting is good! It allows you to relax, rejuvenate and reset yourself so that you can finish your health journey strong this year.
